Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious and clean except for the moldy caulking in the shower which was a bit of a turn off. Also, stairwell was pretty dirty and didn't make for a good first impression. Handrails on the stairs were sticky. Although, not the hotel's fault, our truck was damaged in the parking lot overnight.

We enjoyed our stay at Wyndham. Nice and clean property with friendly staff. Family friendly environment. We stayed with our small kids. Coin laundry was available at the place. Unlike many places, breakfast is included.

Disappointing…

For typical Days Inn motel it was run down condition. The staff was unknowledgable about the hotel. I would not stay there again. It was disappointing.

Ok in a jam but id look elsewhere.

Well it was good at the start the guy got us in early but the bathroom was a closet, it was so small you felt anxious. This place needs maintenance badly they have signs held on with cords that you use to plug into your phone. The laundry room was disgusting as well as the washer and dryer. My husband had to track down house keeping for towels and the other stuff they are to supply everyday, the bathroom was dirty underneath the sink. Everything was just junky looking. And what is with the staff not wearing deodorant like omg you stink have a shower and put on some deodorant. I wont be back, im staying somewhere else the next time i have to go to sudbury.

I booked this room because I was moving across canada. I arrived at around 10pm at night after driving the whole day. The room smelled terrible. But that was not the worst of it. I opened the bed to get inside and it was full of human hair. It looked like nobody had changed the sheets. It was disgusting. Because I was moving, I happened to have bedding stuff in my car, so i just stripped the bed and made it again with my own sheets and my own pillows and pillow cases. I was exhausted, i just wanted to sleep. The next morning, breakfast was supposed to be included, coffee was undrinkable, and most of the food options were also pretty bad. Ended up grabbing a yogurt and a cup of orange juice. I had a long day ahead of me of more driving and I had zero energy to complain with the reception staff. So i checked out and got on the road in order to stay on schedule. Stopped at tims for real breakfast. But my stay was absolutely terrible, and I dont recommended anybody stays there.

The hotel has seen a better days and needs to be upgraded. There was mold in the bath tub and a stain on the ceiling from the water damage. The reception staff was very friendly and it was nice to have breakfast in the morning to be included in a stay.

First, when I checked in, a shirt from previous clients was still in the room. It smelled man's perfume so bad. It was hang on a chair, I don't understand how housekeeping didn't see or smelled it. Second, hair blower wasn't working. I ask a staff member to provide a new one and they did. Third, almost no toilet paper was left on the roll. I had to ask staff member to bring some to the room, which they did. Finally the first night was super quiet but the second night, other rooms had dogs that barked until 11:30pm. Rooms are far from being sound proof.
