The hotel had nice "extras" - like a goody bag with water, popcorn and a few other treats when you check in. They really demonstrate that they want to provide great service.

There was used chewing gum stuck by the headboard on the wall. The shower curtain had huge holes in it which rendered showering impossible. There were blood stains on the sheets. Dog feces all over the property. Very uncomfortable stay for these reasons.

The garbage can by the entrance was overflowing on Thursday and still not cleaned up when I left Saturday morning. The housekeeper made up my room but did not make the bed? When I asked her she stated that they only made them up when people checked out. This was a two night stay. The bananas at the breakfast buffet were brown - not spotted, full on ready for bananas bread. Same bananas there the second day. The price was reasonably for the area and they provided a little goodie back with snaps upon check in.

The check in was wonderfully easy, they were very personable. We received a water and snack welcome package. The front desk called to make sure the room was okay. The parking lot lights were very bright, great for safety. Breakfast was the typical eggs, bacon, sausage. You cam make your own fresh waffles Juice, coffee, tea. All in all we would certainlly stay again.

Heat/cool did not work properly in the room. The fan either blew too warm or too cool or off altogether, no way to make it moderately comfortable. But the room was clean and beds very comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful to ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful but scrambled eggs were dry and cold. Otherwise great. All that said we would book it again, so thank you for great staff and comfy beds!
