New holiday home on an old farm plot directly on the nature reserve

We would be delighted to welcome you to our newly built holiday home, nestled among old oak trees.
If you appreciate nature, tranquility, a beautiful view, and modern, stylish furnishings, you’re sure to feel right at home here.
This detached holiday home is situated on an old farmstead on the edge of a scenic conservation area, set back some distance from the other farm buildings. We can accommodate up to 4 guests. The furnishings are new. The living area is approximately 90 m² spread over 2 floors. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor seating area converted into a loft with sliding glass walls. Here you can relax in any weather and enjoy the expansive view of the orchard meadow and the fields of the landscape conservation area.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area with a seating area and a wood-burning stove, whose flames you can watch through a glass pane. Especially when the weather isn’t so nice, a wonderfully cosy atmosphere awaits you here. The kitchenette is modern and fully equipped. You can eat at the counter or at the dining table. Additionally, the ground floor features a bathroom and an uncovered terrace, which is accessible directly from the living and dining area.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each sleeping two people, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. You’ll never forget the view from there of the sun setting over the fields!
Please note that we cannot accommodate toddlers, as the stair railing does not have a safety gate. The agricultural equipment on the farm grounds can also pose a danger to children.

We do not allow pets.
The house is very well suited for people with pet dander allergies.


Outside of peak season (January–March, November–December, excluding Christmas and New Year’s Eve), the house can also be rented for 3 nights. You must contact me in advance so that I can adjust the length of stay to 3 nights.
