Relaxation,- 1st Line Beach
Spacious, fresh and pleasant apartment, with good decoration and orientation, beautiful sunrises and some spectacular, from the terrace enjoying a delicious breakfast. Beautiful kitchen, on the beach, accommodates five people, for families, without mass and very quiet.
The neighborhood
The area is quiet and fills you with peace and relaxation to see and hear the sound of the sea.
The beach scenes of the movie EL REINO were filmed here.
It is located in an area of old fishermen's cottages and farmers, surrounded by orchard, still a bit wild that compensates with the tranquility of the place and its beautiful beach.
25 km from Valencia and 10 km from Cullera, next to the Albufera park, golf course, Parador el Saler and Autop. AP7
With all services, doctor, food, restaurants, etc ... in summer.
In winter the services are very close to 800m in the village of Mareny 3 km in the Perello and 6 km in Sueca.
Nudist beach 5 km away
You can perform water activities such as, paddle, kitesusrf and paragliding.
Cinemas in Cullera and El perello, nightclubs.

How to move
Communications by bus from the area to Valencia and by train from Sueca to Valencia or vice versa. Cab.
From Valencia with your own vehicle you can access by road from Saler (also called Nazaret-Oliva) until you reach the roundabout (boat) of Les Palmeres and once there you access the apartment.
It is always better to have a vehicle, so as not to depend on bad public service.
You will be informed of the possible transportation times, both by train and by bus. In addition to the access from the airport or train station to Valencia and then to the apartment (beach).
Other highlights
Facilities for the disabled, it is recommended to take a car.
It will be paid, the consumption of electricity apart in COLD SEASON when the heaters are necessary, and it will only be consumed.
At the beginning of the holiday period, once in the apartment a deposit of € 150 will be paid (provided that it has not been included in the total homeaway price) that will be refunded at the end of the period.
In summer period each month has a price. confirm.
House's rules
No pets, no smokers. The housing and especially the neighborhood will be respected as if they were their own, without annoying noises or scandals after 23 h. the night rest will be respected. The garbage will be removed and deposited in the public container.
The house will be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
No more people will stay overnight than the contracted ones, in their case they will be penalized for twice the price per night.
Every two guests will occupy a room. In the case of occupying an individual room, € 30 more will be paid as a cleaning expense.
I expect honesty and trust from the guests as reciprocity to mine.
