Minutes from Franconia and the quaint town of Sugar Hill this wonderful getaway will not disappoint. Unwind and relax in this sun filled, spacious open design with a large living room and dining room both with plenty of seating and spectacular views of Cannon and Lafayette. Cozy up by the fireplace or sit out on the patio and enjoy the view. The kitchen is well equipped with essentials, and flows into an open concept kitchen dining area which opens up to the larger ding/ living area.
The master bedroom is on the first floor. The is an upstairs Bunk Room for kids, full bath, and bedrooms with a queen bed and twin bed.

You will be a short drive from Cannon Mountain / Franconia Notch State Park. Loon Mountain, Lincoln, Littleton and Bretton Woods are also conveniently located, approximately 20 minutes away. We are a walk away from the famous Polly's Pancake Parlor and the Sunset Hill House.

Incredible Views, beautiful grounds, plenty of space!!

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay! The grounds are beautifully maintained with incredible views and the house has tons of natural light. It was helpful to have the Master Bedroom w/ bathroom on the first floor for the grandparents. Plenty of space for two families to spread out. Highly Recommend!
