The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This home has been redesigned with the intention of creating an Oasis for you to enjoy whilst visiting beautiful Amish Country! We added luxuries to spoil you and leave you so relaxed that you won't want to leave! We are also close to many local attractions in this area!! Walking distance from Park Street Pizza! When you arrive you can park in the main concrete driveway or we have extra concrete parking above the garage with a well lit concrete sidewalk leading you to the back entrance. The main entrance is the back door which will lead you into the main living space of the home....The living room has a cozy sectional sofa, a large TV and is open to the kitchen. The custom kitchen has high end appliances and finishing's... fully stocked for all your cooking needs! The kitchen leads into the dining room area that has a table with seating for 6 and lots of windows for enjoying the outdoor views. There is also a sitting nook by a fireplace for enjoying your morning coffee. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and is located on the main floor. The ensuite bath has a soaker tub and a large walk in tile shower with heated floors. Enjoy a heated towel rack and dimmers on the lighting to create a spa like experience during your stay! The first floor laundry has a stacked washer and dryer and is located off the bedroom as well with access to the outdoor living space. Upstairs you will find another washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a workspace with a desk set up in the open area if you need a private spot to get some work done while visiting. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with King beds and there own full baths. You will have a walk-in tile shower and heated towel warmers and access to outdoor rooftop sitting area to enjoy! Enjoy the outdoors from the second level! Did I mention that there are 3 bidets in this house as well with heated seats! The garage has been converted into a game room area with a pool table, a small kitchenette and a card playing table. There is also a TV in the garage for all the entertainment you might need! The outdoor area has a covered roof with a hot tub, fire-pit and comfortable seating for you and your party to enjoy! There is also an outdoor TV in this area , perfect for watching sporting events whilst enjoying the outdoors at the same time! A dining table for 6 and a gas BBQ grill is also included under this pavilion for the ultimate outdoor dining experience! We love this place!

Absolutely amazing property!

This is probably one of the nicest houses I’ve ever stayed in! From top to bottom everything was absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds, bathrooms for each bedroom, all of it is beautiful and well decorated. The hot tub was perfect for our chilly nights and we were able to wash our swimsuits afterwards in one of the two laundry rooms. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, coffee for the coffeemaker and/or Keurig. They really put a lot of detail in all the decor and provisions. I would absolutely stay here again and again! The price point was excellent for this type of house. I can’t say enough good things about it, you’ll just have to stay for yourself!

my wife and i have been coming to this area for 14 years now and have stayed in quit a few different vacation rentals none have compaired to the oasis. the cleanliness the amenities. This is by far the most outstanding vacation rental we have stayed at in this area. I would HIGHLY recommend if you are going to stay anywhere near the berlin area to check out the oasis. My complements to shelia for such a grand place

Excellent rental

We stayed two nights (would have stayed longer but it was booked). Rental was very clean. The outdoor hot tub, fireplace, and TV area are very nice. The garage has a nice heated area to play pool and watch TV. We can not wait to book again in the future. Two cons - window treatments do not block out morning sun and traffic is noisy as you are right on a main road. Take a face mask for the sun and a noise machine to block out the road noise if you want to sleep in.

Family Time

This home was perfect for my husband and I along with his sister, brother, and their spouses! Since we were unable to all get together during the holidays, this was a much needed "family" weekend get-a-way! The home is beautiful! Everything was exactly as described online. The fact that every bedroom had its own shower was fantastic; no having to wait your turn to shower.Staying here actually gave my husband and I some ideas on how we want to redo our kitchen at home.

This property was beautiful. Just like the online photos. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Very modern and fancy, which was great for vacation. We felt spoiled. And we especially enjoyed the outdoor space and pool table after shopping and golfing. We can’t wait to come back again!

Friends Amish Country Visit

The property was perfect! Six from our Bible Study group visited Amish Country to see the play “Ruth” so we rented this house and another (one that we had previously rented) for 2 nights. Each group of 3 took turns hosting our other friends for an evening of fellowship. This house is huge inside and made entertaining easy. It could easily house 3 couples or a family. We will be back!

5 star accommodation for a 3 star price

The property is absolutely amazing. Luxury amenities like bidets and fireplaces and a hot tub and game room. I appreciate the quality cookware so you can eat at home easily. We also used the grill. The outdoor space was great for suppers and socializing. Plenty of seating and the pool table and game room was family fun for all. Easy driving distance to all the fun Amish country activities. We will definitely come back.

This home is Perfection! CLEANEST house we’ve ever rented! BEAUTIFUL! So well designed with both layout and decor! It was elegant while still cozy and welcoming! In fact we would love for the same person to come help with design choices for our home!!! Includes SO MANY details from hair dryer and bath bombs to first aid kit and battery lanterns in case of emergencies, and MORE! We really appreciated they provided things that other houses we’ve rented did not provide such as trashbags, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, etc. The instruction binder was VERY HELPFUL, gave clear directions on how to operate things throughout the home. It also included suggestions on activities and places to visit in the area! Our family enjoyed the bonus amenities! The pool table, fire pit, hang out area in the back yard, covered area with the hot tub! We can’t wait to go back! And next time stay longer to enjoy even more of the house and more of what the area has to offer!!! I’m sure it seems like I am echoing all the other reviews, but that’s because it’s SO true!
