We had a very nice stay. Would have been nice if they had more of option for eating like the old KOA had. Drink prices at the bar were a bit extreme. Took us a couple days to figure out the people who stay there for long term don’t buy at the bar they carry in their own. Overall was a great stay.

This stay was amazing! You cannot stay at a better place. The staff members were absolutely incredible, so sweet and go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The fact that they are super dog friendly is amazing when you are traveling with your four legged family members and they even have a small dog park for them which is above and beyond. They also have so many activities and things going on that you don’t feel like you have to go anywhere to have a good time. We are already planning our trip back for next new years! So incredible can not give a better rating 1000 out of 10!

Better than expected. Has to be the nicest KOA facility, did not realize it was a whole campground, but that made it better actually. The suites are brand new. Pool and hot tub and bar/grill were very nice. Layout of room is not optimal with a tiny master, no door on the 2nd bedroom area and one bath, but was still very nice.

Great location, between Marathon and Key West, with an easy drive in either direction. The room was immaculate, with large living space. The area is quiet and well lit around the hotel building, while still leaving the adjoining campground subdued for great views. If you do not want stay in the middle of town, this is the place for you. We were assigned a a handicapped accessible unit, so there was no door on the bathroom, which was a slight inconvenience. I believe that a sliding barn door would easily solve that issue, but this does not change my rating of excellent. Would stay there again.
