The private dock area is fully equipped for boaters and anglers with Dock posts and cleats, Swim ladder for easy water access, Fish cleaning station and an Outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the water.
Spend your mornings enjoying coffee on the large waterfront balcony while watching the sunrise over the open water, then unwind in the evenings with sunset cocktails and ocean breezes after a day of fishing, snorkeling, or boating.
Outdoor Living
The spacious outdoor areas make it easy to enjoy every moment outside, whether you're dining waterfront, grilling fresh seafood, or simply relaxing while taking in the endless blue water views.

Looe Key Reef, known for world-class snorkeling and diving, is nearby, while Key West is only about 20 minutes away for additional nightlife, dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card.
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. The driveway measures approximately 25' long x 10' wide with 9' height clearance. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly.
