The Good- Sun city is a great family resort with plenty to see and do. On the whole most of the staff are very friendly and accommodating.great pools and restaurants.
The Bad- the cascades hotel is very drab and dated unfortunately. Our non smoking room had cigarette burns on the carpets and chair, tv and aircon did not work properly and the access card to open our door stopped working at least 8 times in the 4 days we were there. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel especially at the price charged.

Thank you for bringing to my attention the various points of concern. These have all been noted and I have discussed the issues with the relevant Management concerned who have devised and implemented a remedial plan of action in order to ensure we do not have a recurrence.
As part of an international brand which prides itself on service, and front runners in the industry we serve; corrective measures have been devised and implemented to eliminate the possibility of re-occurrence in the near future as excellence is not an accomplishment but is rather a spirit and a never ending process that Hoteliers strive to master.
