Great location and stay
This was a beautiful property and was very convenient to the village. It was ski in and walk out. The place was spacious and lovely but for the very expensive rate, things should have been better. The heat in the home was very strange. It was freezing cold in the basement room so the kids slept in their sweatshirts and bundled up. The rest of the house was quite cold as well. We couldn’t figure out the thermostat and it turns out it was because they only had a humidifier and floor heater, which didn’t seem to work. We had to have management bring a space heater since the one there wasn’t working properly. The outlet on the primary bath was not working. The dishwasher and microwave were not secured so they tipped out when opening…a scary experience the first time it happened. The shower head in the primary bathroom was a fancy one that only had a mister so it was pretty useless in washing the soap I it if the hair quickly.
We did enjoy the location and the ability to accommodate our group. The management was very responsive and right on top of things when texted. The only reason for giving three stars is that for the amount we paid for the unit, which was a lot, we would have expected it to not be freezing throughout the house the entire time we were there.
