The hotel offers amazing view of the bridge and the cable car which is particularly impressive at night. Stayed in an ondol room, which was great but it was very hard to control the underfloor heating resulting in the room overheating at night. Not sure if there was a fault or we were lost in translation on how to control it. Other than that the room was super clean even if a bit dated. The hotel has a convenience store and is about 15-20 minutes walk across the bridge from the harbour area. Great stay overall!

This hotel is a mess. The floor we stayed on had mold growing in the hallways under the wallpaper. It was like this all over the place. It was really disgusting and needs to be addressed as I feel It could be a health issue. The views from the room were amazing as we had a bridge view, but that was all I could really rate this hotel with high marks on. It sure why they haven’t addressed the issue with the mold but getting off the elevator and walking to your room with views of peeling wallpaper and mold underneath was not pleasant.

In addition, the room air-conditioning was not working properly for the entire time. The hotel gave us a fan to use in the room. The room temperature did not go down below 78 degree Fahrenheit. We talked to the front desk, but they did not change the room for us nor fix the problem. I was deeply disappointed about the facility of this hotel. My stay in this hotel was awful. I travel very frequently, and I will not stay in this hotel again.
