If fewer people want to arrive, you can also book the apartment through other providers according to the number of people.
The apartment is located near the Sorpesees, where there are numerous leisure activities for young and old. And also the wild meadow known by skiers can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment is about 64 square meters and is located on the ground floor of a small, quiet 3-family house with direct access to the terrace and garden for sole use, where grilled (grill available) and smoking allowed. The apartment includes a double bed, a large sofa bed and a cot, underfloor heating, electric. Blinds, shower and bath, an extra play area for children and is therefore ideal for children. Bed linen and towels are provided by the landlord. In front of the house there is a free parking space for the tenant. A large grocery store and a bakery are within walking distance.

Relaxing in Sundern

Very clean and very well equipped. Spacious garden. Shops in the neighborhood, but also lots of hiking possibilities in full nature, just around the corner. Some minor points of attention, but overall a great place to stay, our dog loved it too.

Ich war das 2. Mal in der FeWo und der Eindruck bzgl. Sauberkeit war diesmal wirklich sehr gut. Die gesamten Räumlichkeiten und die Ausstattung der FeWo sind auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt optimal. Über die FeWo an sich gibt es also nichts Negatives zu sagen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war nach wie vor dieser Geruch in der FeWo. Ich hatte beim 1. Mal vermutet vom Holz, dass aber diesmal sogar ausgelagert und nicht in der Wohnung gelegen war. Die Vermieterin ist super nett, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas enttäuschend war nur, dass die Gäste vor mir den Garten als persönliche Toilette für ihre Hunde gehalten haben, sodass ich den gemieden habe. Da Mitte Oktober das Wetter doch sehr wechselhaft war, haben wir den Aufenthalt im Freien zu längeren Spaziergängen genutzt. Dafür ist die Lage der FeWo ideal. Man kann in der näheren Umgebung als auch in der Umgebung des Sorpesees viele schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Von daher empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist recht ruhig gelegen, jedoch mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten Entfernung. In fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf den ersten Wanderwegen angekommen. Die Wohnung ist umfangreich ausgestattet und sinnvoll möbliert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gern wieder, wenn es mal wieder Richtung Sauerland gehen soll.

Frau Schürer war sehr bemüht und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn Fragen aufkamen. Die FeWo ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Garten ist ideal, schön für Hunde. Das Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Die Matratzen des Bettes waren top! Habe gut darauf schlafen können!Der Brennholzgeruch der Holzscheite in der FeWo war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dafür könnte man sicher eine andere Lagermöglichkeit als im Wohnraum/Flur finden. Evtl. im Gartenhaus?Die Lage für Wanderfreudige ist schön und man kam schnell ins Grüne & ins Feld. Der Sorpesee ist schnell erreicht und auch der Hennesee lässt sich gut mit dem PKW erreichen. Wir haben uns in der FeWo wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt !

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung gewohnt und herrliche Tage verlebt. In der Wohnung war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchen kann. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Fewo von Frau Schürer ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Gegend ist Super, auch alle Wanderwege. Der Sorpesee ist Traumhaft. Frau Schürer ist eine super Gastgeberin, und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Können wir nur empfehlen. Auch wir werden mit Sicherheit gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen. Mein Hund und ich hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt.Vor allem der eingezäunte Garten ist für Urlaub mit Hund optimal.In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsziele und schöne Wanderwege, so dass man bei jedem Wetter etwas unternehmen kann.

Mooi appartement

Groot en zeer schoon appartement. Met aanwezigheid van beddegoed en handdoeken, erg kompleet allemaal. Mooie wandelroutes in de buurt. De sorpesee op zo'n 5 km en niet de vergeten goede restaurants in de buurt. Vooral pizzeria Calabria , enkele straten verder. 7 dagen verbleven met hond al meerdere jaren op rij nu. Mooie gesloten tuin met stuk gras voor de hond. Buiten te BBQ-en. Deze is aanwezig. Al met al een prima appartement op een mooie locatie.

Super, gerne wieder

Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft sauber und ist gut eingerichtet. Für alle Bewohner, auch den tierischen, wird gesorgt. Die Lage ist perfekt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und für uns wichtig, fußläufig zu erreichen. Da wir mit Hund reisen, der sich auch in dem umzäunten Garten wohl gefühlt hat, brauchen wir eine gute Anbindung an Wandermöglichkeiten. Die sind dort überragend. Zweimal ums Eck und man kann laufen. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist die sehr späte Zusendung des Türcodes. Es wäre schön, wenn der einen Tag vor der Anreise ankäme, damit man auch die Sicherheit hat. Keiner fährt los, wenn er nicht weiß, ob er in die Wohnung kommt. Ansonsten war alles super und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super schöner entspannter Urlaub

Wir, mein Mann und ich, waren 14 Tage mit unserem kleinen Hund Linus in der super tollen Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Frau Schürer war von Anfang an der Buchung bis zum Urlaubsende einfach klasse. Es klappte mit dem Check-in perfekt. Wenn es Fragen gab, war sie immer erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet, es fehlte an nichts. Besonders toll ist der eingezäunte Garten in dem sich unser Linus pudelwohl gefühlt hat. Aber auch wir haben das morgendliche Frühstücken und Grillen auf der Terrasse genossen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frau Schürer hat zwei Hefter mit Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Geschäften, Ärzte ect. mit viel Mühe gestaltet und zur Einsicht ausgelegt. Es war alles in Allem ein wirklich schöner, entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen, vielen Dank für Alles !!!
