detached house situated on a 1,400 sqm plot, featuring a carport and an outdoor seating area with an outdoor fireplace, located in a very quiet setting.
The house is situated directly adjacent to the forest, on a cul-de-sac with minimal car traffic, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation—whether on the balcony or in the additional outdoor seating area located behind the house.
Lake Sorpe is within walking distance and is visible from the house!
Offering lake views, the house features a 105 sqm interior living space comprising a balcony, a very spacious living room with an indoor fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, an additional guest restroom, and a bedroom furnished with a double box-spring bed and an adjoining spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
The property is situated on a (somewhat steep) hillside overlooking Lake Sorpe and is therefore not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.

Located in a separate, 35 sqm annex unit—which is not directly connected to the main living area—you will find a second bedroom with a private shower and toilet, as well as an additional small kitchenette. (Please note: This unit is available for booking at an additional cost for a 3rd and/or 4th guest!)
Please be aware that the second bedroom in the annex is accessible only via an external staircase (i.e., not directly from the main living area); for this reason, we do not consider this property suitable for guests with very young children or those with mobility impairments.

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit sehr viel Platz und guter Einrichtung. Toller Vermieter. Top Wohnlage mit guter Aussicht auf den See. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Außerordentlich freundlicher Vermieter, schönes Ferienhaus, mit allem was man benötigt, in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. Der Wald ist direkt hinter dem Haus und der Sorpesee - auch fußläufig erreichbar und von der Wohnung aus gut zu sehen - ist ein schöner und sauberer Erholungsort. Unsere Kinder (12 u. 16) waren in der Einliegerwohnung untergebracht, das Haus ist nicht hellhörig, so hatten wir tolle Ruhezeiten Check-in und -out war persönlich, es wurde alles bestens erklärt. Und war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank noch einmal und falls wir erneut an den Sorpesee fahren, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Ferienhaus.
