Very good hotel

It was very nice. The hotel is quite. And the sevice people was patience and good hearted. I very much enjoy fron a lady call 'vanya'. That working in the reception.The hotel is near the center. 10 minute walking from the beach. The food was very good. I want to say that we order transformation from the airport to the hotel. And no body came to take us. So we needed to take a taxi. Bat I very much recommended to take this hotel. I will come again.

Hotel sympa à 2 minutes à pied de la plage (cacao beach) Piscine dans l'hôtel, petit déjeuner et dîner inclus. Boissons en supplément (exemple 2 € la pinte) Chambre simple avec une douche wc Chambre pas insonorisée donnant sur le boulevard. Bruyant 24h/24. Accueil super de la propriétaire avec de bons conseils. Bus au pied de l'hôtel pour Nessebar ou flower street

Nos dieron un habitación detrás del hotel, con acceso solo por la cocina del restaurante, probablemente para el personal, sucio, todo viejo, húmedo sin shampoo ni papel higiénico, sin caja fuerte, sin terraza, sin vistas, ducha oxidado. La respuesta del dueño era que no hay otra cosa, que era una sorpresa nuestra reserva y que está todo lleno....Quedaban cosas personales y una llave de coche de otra persona en la habitación... Somos viajeros fréquentes y siempre muy satisfechos por Hoteles. com pero ésto ha sido la peor reserva de Hoteles.com jamás tenido.
