Whether you're launching a kayak, lounging on the dock, fishing, or watching the kids play in the yard, every inch of this property is designed to invite connection and relaxation. Enjoy the perfect blend of peaceful relaxation and exciting entertainment within this centrally located no wake, deep water cove property. Huge dock with 16x38 slip, huge swim platform, diving platform, kayaks and floats, paddle board, lily pad, floats, and generous outdoor seating for 16 on dock and for 14 on deck. Public boat ramp is a mile away. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with an open and airy feeling and wall of lakefront windows create the ideal space for a family vacation or gathering of friends.
Downstairs includes a large great room with an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen along with a master bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and a reading nook. Fully stocked kitchen with dining areas inside and outside.
Bedroom #1 on lower level has king bed, lake views, patio door access to the deck, and an adjoining bathroom.
Bedroom #2 on upper level has a king bed and lake views.
Bedroom #3 on upper level has a full bed and a daybed with lake views

The private driveway can easily accommodate 4 vehicles. Can fit 6 vehicles if parked behind other cars. Please note that the garage is for owner storage and is not available for guests.
This is a no smoking property however smoking IS allowed in the yard.
