Welcome to our Efficiency Apartment with a private entrance, conveniently located just 1.9 miles away from Sunset Beach Pier, allowing easy access to the beautiful beach. While it is an older unit, rest assured it has been meticulously maintained and is kept in impeccable cleanliness.

Please note that the apartment does not come with a stove or range, but we offer alternative cooking options to accommodate your needs.

During your stay, you'll have the privilege of accessing the fantastic amenities of Sea Trail, which include tennis courts, pools, and a well-equipped workout room.

Come and experience the comfort and convenience of our Efficiency Apartment, where proximity to the beach and access to superb amenities await you.

Small private eficiency that includes a screened in porch overlooking wooded area. The unit is dated but very clean. Located just 1.9 mile from the Sunset Beach parking. It includes access to the neighborhood pool.
