With living areas spread over two levels, both air-conditioned for your comfort, and a covered deck boasting ocean views, this home is designed for relaxed living and entertaining. The highlight is the L-shaped lap pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, while the cubby house adds an extra element of fun and adventure for the kids.

Inside, you will find four bedrooms in the layout, including a main bedroom with ensuite, as well as a bathroom downstairs and a powder room, servicing the lower three. A double garage provides secure parking for your vehicles.

Small pets under 10 kilograms are welcome to join the family holiday.

The home is well-equipped and has had recent improvements with modern amenities, including WiFi, a microwave, dishwasher, large flat-screen TV on the upper level, TV on the lower level, DVD player, washing machine, dryer, spa in the family bathroom, ceiling fans, outdoor setting, and of course, the delightful cubby house and pool area.

Accommodating up to 7 guests, with 2 queen beds and 3 single beds (maximum 6 adults), this home is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a coastal retreat. Linen and bath towels are included for your convenience, and please note that an additional $100 pet fee per pet applies per stay.
