The host ‘seemed’ helpful (ie., frequent emails & phone call…) but only partly answered specific questions abt. building access. After booking found out that Unit was on top floor of 3xlevel block; and major construction site next door eg., noisy pile driver, tractors, workmen from 7:00AM. Told unit had an informative ‘compendium’ of helpful info. On subsequent questioning was told this was not in unit as it was being ‘refreshed’. Listed amenities for children eg., high chair was extra charge of 40. Portable cot was quite dusty. Access was a major issue that should be in listing for people with disability, young families.
Looking over our balcony at what we were told was a beautiful view… not inaccurate but not quite the full story … (Construction was noted, after we had booked, in terms of where we could park safely…)
