The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across two bedrooms, featuring a Queen bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, with an additional spare mattress available for an extra child. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, making holiday dining easy and convenient.
Relax and unwind on one of the two private balconies while enjoying refreshing ocean breezes, or cool down in the complex swimming pool after a day at the beach. Ceiling fans are provided, including an overhead fan in the master bedroom. Please note this property does not have air conditioning.
The complex also features secure lock-up garaging and a sparkling inground swimming pool with a paved sun area. Situated on the third floor, this property is accessed via stairs only (walk-up complex).

Linen:
Bookings made after 26 September 2025 include linen; however, guests are required to make the beds on arrival. Bookings made prior to this date will need to supply their own linen or hire linen for an additional fee.

Key Collection:
After-hours key collection is available via a secure lock box located at the arcade side entrance to our office. Guests arriving outside office hours or during weekends will receive lock box access details on the day of arrival.
