Checkin was easy and bags were taken to room when the room was ready, we checked in early and they stored the bags for us. The toilet and shower doors are frosted and have a gap around them so potentially anybody staying with you could see you on the toilet etc as the doors face the bed area, all open plan. Everything was nice as new hotel. One lift door made a horrible squeak sound when it opened and the clock radio light couldn't be turned off so put it in draw. Staff very nice and pleasant and bed nice and comfortable. Pool area was good and a great view. Restaurant looked nice but food was a little expensive for what you got I thought. Overall very nice comfortable alternative option to stay at in Mooloolaba.

The rooms are luxurious,but yet relaxed. The staff are always on the lookout,for there guests. Greeting with polite and well mannered. Once all the kinks are sorted..like any new establishment wow wow. Do yourself a favour and go to the rooftop bar,and indulge in everything. 👏 We will be back.

Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time.

Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. I called the hotel to let them know we weren’t coming and to see if we could get a refund or a change of date or something to help. I was directed to hotels.com because that was who we booked through and they advised the hotel was not prepared to do anything. I was able to provide a medical certificate if needed. It’s a new hotel, it was a wet Tuesday in a no -holiday period - I don’t think they would have been booked out. Any sort of help - say us paying half next time - would have been nice. I appreciate we fell outside of the rules but a little leeway would have been appreciated. We won’t be bothering to book again - there are plenty of places at the coast we can choose instead.
