carpet is so old and dirty your feet stick to it - need to wear shoes inside. only one air conditioned bedroom - this is not mentioned in the ad. reception staff are rude and run to their own schedule. nowhere to park to checkin.

I booked an ocean view room and was in a room looking back down Brisbane Road (city view). Also the AC was struggling in the main bedroom and since i'm a tradie i opened it up to see the filters disgustlingly full of dust. Yeah not really happy. For a near $500 stay I would recommend staying elsewhere. Our room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom (they don't provide soap anymore), the door didn't lock and the bedside lamp was missing a lightbulb rendering it useless. We didn't get provided with wifi details, the carpark was extremely difficult to navigate (and in fact impossible to exit without reception opening the garage door!) $151 is also taken as a security deposit on arrival which we look forward to being reimbursed with promptly. Based on the other reviews of this fine establishment, which I wish I'd read prior to booking, this is a theme that has continued for 5+ years and not a once off bad experience.

I was pretty disappointed in our stay. It wasn’t a bad stay but I paid extra for a room with a sea view. The room we received was on the back, with no ocean view at all and the balcony was directly over the busiest intersection in Mooloolaba… not very relaxing. The staff were friendly and it was easy to check in. Room was very big and spacious.

Looking after grandkids for a few days and decided to visit Sea Life at Mooloolaba and stay somewhere for the night. Seabreeze was central for our needs, clean and comfortable. Happy that we were given a high level apartment with a partial sea view. Did not realise that there was no pool, but no problem, as it was a bit windy late in afternoon.

Firstly, the greeting from staff was great - very friendly. Then got upgraded to a 2 bed apartment as it had a better view / balcony (just don't use the 2nd bathroom or bedroom). Everything we needed was in easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great position and very centrally located. The room just needs a deep clean, carpets are worn, the lounge is old and uncomfortable and the bed mattresses are saggy and need to be replaced. The shower needed a clean, some black molde in the grout. The layout of the unit is good, just needs a few furniture upgrades and a clean
