Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. When I arrived and entered my apartment it was clear it hadn't been cleaned, bra insert on the floor, envelope from previous guest on the floor - they came up and did a quick vacuum and mop when I called. I also found the AC was suitable for cooling the living area but found the bedroom hot. The shower was still full of sand, and I didn't have hot water till I called through and was advised to switch the breaker on. At this point I was already feeling like "that guest" so I didn't report anything further. I found the key was hit and miss in the lock and sometimes took several minutes of jiggling. I had family stay in other apartments and can confirm they did not have these issues. I ended up checking out 24 hours early because I was frustrated.

Staff where friendly and lovely room was was clean however Kitchen cupboards and draws where messy and had crumbs in them open packet of rice and mis matched plates and cups all over the place and where not very clean. Luckily we where only there for 2 nights but I wouldn't have used the kitchen.

We enjoyed a great short break. The staff greeted us with smiles and a surprise ungrade. The unit was all class, quality in Al aspects. Comfortable bed, quality furnishings and appliances. Great views and proximity to the water and many walking destinations. Secure vehicle parking.

We would definitely stay again, location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable. Beds were soft and nice to sleep in. My young teenager had to leave our accommodation after the 1st night to join his team at the QLD representative camp for the remainder of our trip and he struggled leaving the location and comfy bed compared to where he stayed next. He kept saying we had the best accommodation by far and wanted to come back. Thank you

We requested a unit with a bath. Unfortunately, the plug did not fit but the ladies on reception managed to sort it our for us after a few days. Handy location. Spacious rooms. Had everything we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Great location with excellent restaurants, cafes and the beach within easy walking distance. The apartment we had was clean and tidy but is due for a full deep clean. Would stay here again.
