As agreed the smoking rules could have been specified better so that all guests are aware we are a non smoking property and as a result of your feedback action has been taken to address.

Hi Sandra, Thank you for your feed back. Your booking through Expedia was booked in a garden apartment. The garden apartments we have overlook a garden setting except for unit 5 which was the apartment you stayed in. This is the only garden apartment that does have a peek of the river looking down the driveway. Our balcony apartments have the river view which is advertised as so. Each apartment is furnished individually and unit 5 has recently had a full refurbishment.
