Located on the 5th floor, this unit offers fabulous ocean views looking over Kings Beach, the shipping lanes and out to the horizon.



Unit 13 has modern kitchen and bathroom (with full walk-in shower) and is a clean and comfortable apartment. There are 2 bedrooms sleeping 5 people in a Queen bed plus a set of trio bunks with a double on the bottom, single on the top. The unit has plenty of modern features to ensure the whole family have an enjoyable holiday such as a dishwasher, microwave, CD player, Smart TV, DVD player, as well as lots of board games and DVD movies, plus a 2nd TV in the main bedroom.



This unit offers Wifi. There is a remote-controlled single lock-up garage for the car, a lift to the unit and a balcony that you can relax on while enjoying the ships passing by. (Note there are 4 stairs (with a rail) at the entry to the unit). There are ceiling fans in the lounge and main bedroom, and a pedestal fan in the second bedroom. The complex also offers an inground pool and gets morning winter sun on the balcony.



You are only 150m from Kings Beach and a short walk to town or to Happy Valley with its great children's playground and plenty of free barbeques. Stroll around the coastal pathway to enjoy fishing at Bulcock Beach, or a meal at one of the many restaurants.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.



Linen

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Please note that as per Body Corporate rules, smoking in the common areas, which includes the driveway is not permitted. Also, whilst the Body Corporate cannot prohibit smoking on the balconies of units as the balconies are not common property, any person smoking on a balcony needs to be aware and considerate that their cigarette smoke does not create a nuisance or health issue for other occupiers of the building.

The property needs some basic love!

I was ok with supplying my own linen which I ended up hiring and this process was all fine until I had to make the beds in the double and single bunk combo. There was a chair on the bed along with 2 boxes of floor boards and two very dusty single floor boards out of boxing. Also down the side of bed was very dusty (made noticeable upon making the beds).
