Kings Beach Headland location with panoramic, uninterrupted ocean views Relax and soak up a 180-degree uninterrupted ocean views from this fantastic headland location.

Comfortable, breezy, and stylish 2-bedroom unit with a beachside feel and a close walk to both Shelly beach and Kings Beach. Stroll a few hundred meters to cafes and bars at the famous King's Beach or watch the surfers in action from the balcony. Stroll across the road to enjoy grassy elevated views under the shade of Pandanus trees or go down for a fish off the rocky foreshore. The location is second to none, situated on prestigious Victoria Terrace with minimal traffic.

This apartment also features a private garden courtyard for soaking up suns rays in the cooler months.

Unit 3A is easily accessible, with no stairs required for packing and unpacking through the back entrance (side entrance has 1 flight of stairs to garage).

This whole unit was recently renovated in 2021 so you won't find better value in this little slice of paradise

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
