Key Collection:
After-hours arrivals are available via a secure lockbox at the arcade-side entrance to our office. Guests arriving outside office hours or on The Weekend will receive their lockbox access code on the day of arrival (Saturday for Sunday arrivals).

Building Maintenance Advisory: From Monday, October 13, 2025, building maintenance works will commence on-site for approximately 12 weeks, with a scheduled break over the Christmas period (December 19 to January 5). During this time, you may experience construction noise and dust from activities such as drilling, demolition, and earthmoving.
Interaction with Guests:
As key collection is via a lock box for self-check-in, host interaction will be minimal, allowing guests maximum privacy. However, we are available by phone or message should you require any assistance during your stay.
