This cosy family home features an open integrated fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space, which opens onto a patio. Enjoy some alfresco dining with the whole family. It is only a short drive to the shops, restaurants and beaches. This holiday home provides the perfect place to base yourself for your next Sunshine Coast beach holiday.
House Rules:
* Strictly no Parties.
* Strictly no Smoking.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

Easter Break with Dog
Clean, secure high fenced property great for dogs of all sizes. Close to Woolworths and other shops. Bring walking shoes, 1.4km walk to beach and restaurant's. Would be good to have some pedal bikes.
