Summary: Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located modern 2 bedroom apartment, perched on top of Noosa Hill with stunning panoramic views sweeping across the Noosa Hinterland, along Noosa River and the North Shore beaches. Relax and enjoy the magical sunsets from your private balcony. A couple of minutes walk through a short rainforest to access the buzz on Noosa's iconic Hastings Street and Main Beach.
The Space: Opening up to the spacious, bright and breezy, air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen area, this mid level apartment boasts some impressive views of Noosa River, Noosa North Shore Beach and the Noosa Hinterland. Large bi-fold doors open the living area up to the balcony with an outdoor setting to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Enjoy the the nice breeze through the apartment when you open the windows and sliding doors. This single level apartment has a spacious master bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite, ceiling fan and Aircon; and a twin bedroom with a second bathroom and ceiling fan. There is a dedicated parking spot in the secure garage for one car. It's just a short stroll down the hill to the Noosa Junction with plenty of restaurants, cafes, the Noosa cinema and boutique shops. Noosa's famous Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are on the other side of the hill. You will be spoiled for choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. Hotel style linen, bath towels and beach towels are supplied. A starter pack of bathroom amenities and kitchen basics like salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee, tea and sugar will also be available. Along with all the major appliances we also have a Nespresso Pod machine if you want to pack some capsules for your morning caffeine hit!
Guest Access: The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. There is a dedicated parking spot in the secure garage. The pool is shared with the other apartment in the building.
The Neighborhood: Located on Noosa Hill the apartment block of three is surrounded by upmarket apartments and luxury homes. Due to it's amazing views and short walking distance to main Beach, Hastings Street and Noosa National Park this area features some of Noosa's most desirable (and highly priced) real estate.
Getting Around: It's a short stroll to Hastings Street, Main Beach or Noosa Junction.
Other Things to Note: Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules. A shared pool with two other apartments in the building. It is in perfect working order and serviced fortnightly. We have not listed it here as an amenity as it does need to be refurbished, however it is perfect for a quick dip to cool down on those humid days or to entertain the kids.
