VERANDAH 1:
This verandah overlooks a beautiful private pond - a unique hinterland feature.
Enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast or a glass of wine at a bar table with comfortable new chairs, watching a cute family of ducks swimming in the private pond just in-front of you - as well as other wildlife

VERANDAH 2:
Tropical garden views and a sunset seen from the deck is the serenity that we desire so much. An outdoor lounge is a perfect place to take a deep breath and relax after a long day.

KITCHEN:
Enjoy a modern fully equipped kitchen, with:

Nespresso coffee machine (+ we provide a fantastic variety of coffee flavours!)
Large size ample fridge with a freezer
Dispenser with a distilled drinking water

LIVING AREA:
A very comfortable lounge (feedback from our guests) and a stunning wall mural of local nature scenery will help to unwind and relax while watching a 50" smart TV with NETFLIX.
Air-conditioner and a ceiling fan will help to cool down after a hot summer day.
During a cold season guests can use an indoor fireplace. We provide firewood and kindling collected in our forest.
On a dining table you can find some candles prepared for your romantic dinner.

BEDROOMS:
The elevated position of both bedrooms looks out into pristine rainforest. You will fall asleep in luxury and awaken to the morning song of forest birds.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and good size wardrobes.

BATHROOMS:
Take a refreshing rain water shower (chlorine-free) or soak in a relaxing bath with candles (we provide candles).
Here you will find a range of quality eco-friendly bathroom products (all are cruelty free).
We provide quality bath towels and beach towels.

OFFICE:
It is a separate private room with a desk, Wi-Fi, books - perfect for remote work, learning or just reading. Here guests can also find toys and books for children.

ECO LIFESTYLE:
Slow down and enjoy eco living - spend a relaxing holiday in this beautiful place away from worries, hustle and bustle and nasties of the big world.
* We use Tank Rain water for the shower, kitchen and toilet (no chlorine).
* Enjoy Eco-friendly bathroom products that are good for you and good for the planet.
* Cleaning products used in the house are also eco-friendly and cruelty-free.
* A waste water treatment system is used on the property - we reuse our water for the gardens. Please avoid disposing any harsh chemicals, rubbish or dairy products in the kitchen, bathroom, toilet or bath tub.
* Be ready to detox from the smoke and other nasties of the city - our property is smoke-free, enjoy fresh air of the forest.
* All firewood provided to our guests during the cold season is collected on our property (trees and branches broken during the storms).
* We provide a quality yoga mat for our guests to enjoy a Yoga or Pilates morning - you can find it in the office.

Being only 15-20 minutes from the heart of Noosa, enjoy the ease of access to world-renowned beaches, boutique shopping, wonderful dining, the international airport and more.
All that and it's just a short drive to idyllic National Parks, Coastal and Mountain Walks, Noosa River, Lake Weyba and more.

- GUESTS - In this house we prefer quiet guests who come to relax, unwind, enjoy the nature, tranquility of the space, beautiful views and all the extras we provide for your relaxation. Maximum number of guests - 4 people (including children).

- NOISE - Therefore we absolutely do not allow parties, loud music, events, noisy gatherings or any other noise at any time in respect to the owners and the neighbors - it is a very quiet residential area.

- SMOKING - We strive for a healthy lifestyle thus we do not allow smoking anywhere on the property.

- VISITORS - The owners must be notified of ALL guests and visitors. Unauthorized guests and visitors are not allowed.

- RESPECT - We respect our guests and expect them to treat our place with the same respect and care which includes taking shoes off in the house, not bringing food & drinks to bedrooms and sofas, being reasonable with usage of the amenities and complimentary extras provided for the guests.

- SAFETY - Security Cameras are working at the property (aimed only at parking area & main gate). Video is being recorded 24/7 for the purpose of crime prevention and guest safety. Also, we ask our guests to report any issues & damages to the owners.

- OWNERS - live at the property which is very helpful when guests need some help or assistance. Guests normally do not see or hear us.
