The Space:

As you step into this beautiful beachfront apartment, the stunning ocean views of Maroochydore Beach immediately captivate your attention. The open-plan living area seamlessly extends to the spacious balcony, where you can soak in the scenery and sea breezes from the outdoor dining setting for four or a separate seating area for two. Inside, enjoy ultimate comfort with a plush leather sofa, six-seater dining table, smart TV, and an air conditioning unit. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, and microwave, making it easy to cook and dine in.



Bedroom 1: Beautifully styled with ocean views, the master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, AC unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe space, with plantation shutters and glass sliding doors that open out to the balcony.



Bedroom 2: This functional and chic bedroom sleeps 4, with a plush queen sized bed, a set of built in bunk beds, an AC unit and fan.



Bathroom 1: The bathroom that serviced the apartment is complete with a shower and vanity, plus a separate toilet.



Laundry: Located adjacent to the bathroom/toilet, the laundry includes a combo front loader washing machine/dryer and sink.



Guest Access:

You will have total access to the unit as well as 1 garage parking space (garage height is 2m), plus free on-street parking available. You will also have shared access to the pool at the front of the complex. Please note there is no lift at the complex.

*This unit is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
