Located directly across from Ferris Park this is an easy short walk to eclectic Sunshine Beach village, pristine patrolled beach and Sunshine Beach Surf Club. This property is Pooch friendly, so bring your fur baby away with you to enjoy this fabulous home Perfectly Renovated PET Friendly Home.
This immaculate two bedroom home located in the chic Noosa suburb of Sunshine Beach. The property is located in a small complex of 7 units which are tucked behind a secure fence. When you walk through the complex you will find a private gate leading to a lovely outdoor fenced deck and own door entrance to the property. The spacious and bright open plan living comprises of living and dining area and modern kitchen. Fully renovated through with exceptional fixtures and furnishings. The laundry and powder room are also on the ground level. There is a study nook just before the kitchen should you have to work from home during your beach escape. Behind the property there is a private fenced courtyard with alfresco dining and Weber BBQ. The courtyard is surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees.
The first level of the property comprises of 2 bright spacious bedrooms with new beds (both with A/C and fans) as well as the fully renovated main bathroom.
The property is directly across from Ferris Park that has a basketball court and an amazing playground.
Should you be bringing little bubbas we also supply a portacot, high chair and beach trolly for your use. We are pet friendly so please feel free to bring your precious fur baby with you (suitable for 1 pet per stay).
