Location was fantastic!! Initially we were excited about the unit until.....website told us to supply linen - linen was provided; puddles of yellow liquid around unit (no idea what however I know the unit was only just cleaned); make up on pillow cases; rubbish left in unit; I covered the feedback form from the holiday company because it was disappointing. I had a list of things to comply with and they couldn’t even make sure it was clean for us. Complex is very quiet!!! With two kids in tow I felt that we were so loud and didn’t really enjoy our stay as I was so worried about making noise.

Warroo

The unit it's self is quiet lovely, great location also was great being so close to the beach. Good choice of food options close by as well. However the overall cleanliness was disappointing, It was as if It had not been cleaned in between guests. Upon check out we tried to tell the receptionist about our issues however we were asked if we had filled out our feed back form (which we had) and that they would read it later.

Property is in a great location, walking distance to surf club and cafes. Property is dated and needs some TLC. Curtains were dirty, bathroom mirror was covered in rust, bathroom light took 15 sec to turn on and shower curtain was mouldy.

Nice little older unit adequate for our needs. Fabulous location, walk to beach and surf club, pubs etc.

Satisfactory

Disappointed as was told that there was air-conditioning and there was not. Walking distance to beach and other shops. Also on the Wotif site it didn't indicate that I had to bring my own linen when I booked and was then told the next day by phone call that I had to either bring my own Linen or be charged for linen.

Received a surprise email asking if we wanted to hire linen, at an extra charge of between $30 -$40 per bed which wasn't great. Great position and clean enough but very old.
