The room did not have any heat. We were stuck in a 66 degree room while its negative degrees outside. And we have a 2 year old. Half the hotel also did not have heat or hot water. I paid almost 400 dollars for this hotel and did not get what i paid for.

Clean, amazing staff super personable and welcoming. It was mid week when we went super quiet and it was great. Breakfast is good & the pool/hot tub are both clean and good temperatures. Really enjoyed my stay!

This is an older property and in a somewhat older area of town but so convenient just across the bridge and can’t beat the price! The staff was super friendly and helpful - recommended an amazing pizza place! The breakfast area is clean and well kept with lots of variety to choose from. This is an excellent value for the Duluth area!

The staff was helpful and friendly! The breakfast was amazing! Waffles, eggs, oatmeal, sausage links, juice, coffee milk. Fresh fruit. It really is a great breakfast!! Nice pool and workout room. Clean rooms and hotel. Lots of free parking. I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel!
