This comfortable holiday apartment with a balcony is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home in the popular coastal town of Supetar on the island of Brac – just around 200 metres from the nearest pebble beach. The accommodation offers space for up to four people with two bedrooms and is ideally suited for families, couples or friends who want to spend a relaxed island holiday.



The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a cosy seating area, as well as another bedroom with two single beds and a desk – perfect for families with children. The combined living and dining area with a dining table, TV, sofa, and air conditioning ensures a pleasant atmosphere. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator, and freezer compartment – everything for an independent stay. From the living area, you can directly access the 9 m² covered balcony with seating furniture – ideal for outdoor meals or relaxed evenings.



Bedding and towels are provided, WiFi is available free of charge. A baby cot is available upon request.



The holiday home itself offers its guests a heated pool (seasonally open), a well-maintained garden with a children's playground, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue option by arrangement. A bicycle is also available. Please note that pets are not permitted.



Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 m), and you can reach the centre of Supetar after a short walk (approx. 600 m). In the surrounding area, numerous activities such as snorkelling, hiking, sailing or boat trips invite you to an active holiday. Nature lovers and culture enthusiasts will also get their money's worth on the island of Brac.
