Villa Mirca is located on the island of Brac with easy access to Split. This beach side villa has a private heated pool and can accommodate 14 - 17 guests in 7 double bedrooms. The villa owners have thought of everything their guests will need and you will feel like Villa Mirca is a home away from home. The villa is over 300m2 with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to gather and enjoy. At villa Mirca, you can walk out the door to the sea or walk into the town of Mirca. This is a perfect home base for exploring Brac, Croatia and all that surrounds this area. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of one week June 8 - September 6, 2020. For all other periods, a 3 day minimum is required.Villa Mirca can accommodate 14-17 people with 6 double bedrooms and one twin room. On the ground floor is a big living and dining room, kitchen, laundry, a small gym and a pool table. Also on the ground floor is one large double bedroom with an additional sofa and en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with 6 more double bedrooms.
Six of the 7 bedrooms feature double beds, while one is a twin bedroom. Beds in 5 double bedrooms are sized 180 x 200 cm (King Size beds), and one is 160 x 200 cm (Queen size bed). The twin beds are 90 x 200 cm each. Three double bedrooms feature an additional bed, two are 85 x 180 cm, and the third one is 90 x 200 cm.
The villa is located a very short distance from the sea, so you can choose whether to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine on the terrace or on the clean pebble beach. On the sea side terrace is also an outside dining area in the shade of pergola and oleanders, so you can enjoy your family meals whilst enjoying the famous Croatian sunsets and the peaceful sound of the waves at night in the privacy of this luxury villa. In the back yard is another roofed patio and a big grill, so you can cook authentic Brac barbeque.
Villa Nikol has parking spaces available for 3-4 cars, so you can enjoy the local area tailored to you. The nearest restaurant is only 100 meters from the villa and the nearby town of Supetar on Brac Island with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is within 10 minutes’ drive. Supetar is also a port town, which means you can easily reach the surrounding areas such as Split.
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.Distances:
