Recent updates include new flooring, new bathroom vanities, new toilets, new HVAC systems, new furniture, and new Hardie plank siding, ensuring a fresh, comfortable, and modern coastal retreat. The home offers two spacious living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. This five-bedroom home can comfortably host your extended family or circle of friends (3K, 2Q, 2T, 1F, 1 Pull-out Sofa). Three covered porches, a well-appointed interior, and all the conveniences of being a Hobbs Smart Home will help make your time away easy.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort.
