Appropriately named, Point of Views provides incredible canal, marsh, and Intracoastal Waterway views from every one of its windows and four decks.

This well-maintained Hobbs Smart Home has a living area and vaulted ceiling, an eat-in kitchen that includes a Keurig and a large slow cooker, three bedrooms, and 2 baths. The closest beach access is across from Starfish Drive, about 590 yards away. You will love relaxing on the decks while enjoying the views from the comfortable rockers and outdoor furniture. A charcoal grill is also provided.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
