Great place, third floor!
We had a great time! They had basic pots/pans/utensils if we wanted to cook, but we were also less than 15 minutes from any kind of restaurant we might want if we didn't. I hate doing dishes, so the dishwasher was very nice. Oven, stove, fridge, freezer all worked well.
There's a master bedroom with an ensuite, a second normal bedroom, and the third bedroom looks like a converted sunroom. The third room doesn't have a normal door, it has sliding glass doors, but there's curtains to keep it more private as necessary. We didn't use that room, so I can't speak to how secure it feels.
There's a tv in the two regular bedrooms and the living room. The wifi was good; we were able to stream no problem. The bathrooms were clean, with sanitary seals on the toilets. The showers both had a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We brought our own, but it was a nice touch.
I do wish we'd been a little more prepared for it to be on the third floor. "Single story unit, stairs required for access" gave us the impression it was a one-story building with stairs to the porch. It was not the most fun surprise after a 5 hour drive, with a week's worth of luggage. Not an issue with the property, just less than ideal for my partner with mobility issues.
