Comfortable, independent gîte on vast grounds, fitted out in an old Berry farmhouse, near the owners' winery, in the heart of the Sancerre vineyard.
Visit and tasting possible.
Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, car park, internet connection. Gîte all on the ground floor: large entrance - Integrated kitchen (microwave - dishwasher) open to living room/lounge (sofa) - 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed in one and 2 90 cm beds in the other) - Shower room - WC - Laundry room that can be used as a bike room - Electric heating + wood stove - Washing machine - Beds made on arrival - No rental of towels - Cleaning is compulsory for professionals, optional for individuals: €50 per stay - Wifi - "Loire à Vélo" circuit 5 km away.

- End of stay cleaning: 53.19€ per stay
