Surrounding the pools, a generous terrace of 60 m2 provides ample space for outdoor relaxation, furnished with garden furniture perfect for lounging in the sunshine. An outdoor shower is conveniently available for use after a swim, and a barbecue facility allows you to enjoy al fresco dining in a truly idyllic setting.

The apartment features a 4-room configuration designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining room serves as the central gathering space, equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, and provides direct access to one of the apartment's balconies. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length and includes a private bathroom with a bathtub and WC, as well as its own access to a balcony. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each appointed with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living area and connects to a further balcony. A shower room with WC and a separate WC serve the remaining bedrooms. The property features 2 balconies, one measuring 6 m2 and the other 3 m2, both furnished with outdoor balcony furniture.
