For a pleasant day out, only 18 km away lies the Etruscan coast with its fragrant pine trees, beautiful beaches, and cobalt blue sea.

The villa offers a lot of peace and privacy. In the large garden, you have various terraces for relaxing and a playground for the children. You are welcome to the vegetable garden to help yourself to whatever you need. For the lovers of alfresco dining, outdoors have a wood oven, a bar, and a barbecue with dining furniture. There is table tennis for enjoyment. A carport is available.
