The cleaning staff was rude and unprofessional, one of the front desk gentleman was very kind and helped out. However the bed was hard as a rock and when we got in the room there was dust like particles on all the pillows. It also was very far out from everything

Be advised

The hotel is actually a 'love hotel'. There was no one to check me in. After failing to accomplish the key kiosk that was only in Korean, I called a phone number I saw posted on the wall. Someone arrived promptly, but I was already late for my meeting. The hotel is located down a old bumpy road.
