The property is a bit hard to get to if you don’t know the area. Every time you want in a guard has to open the gate since the hotel is located in a residential area. Two complaints is that the shower head is very unstable and would move often while showering thus spraying water all over the floor. Also the WiFi was slow and I ended up using my own data.

Though there was renovation going on in hotel reception area, it was quiet. Carpark limited, shopping 10-15minutes walk away, surrounded by local housing. Breakfast average

Good value and great area

I've stayed here before. Its a nice clean serviced apartment in a nice area. Its only around a ten minute walk to the new Suzhou Centre Mall and Xinghai Square. Its very good value for money. I would prefer it if the bed was a bit bigger but for this hotel is around half the price of similar standard hotels in the area.

Very nice hotel / apartment

Was a little difficult to find late at night, but once checked in, a great studio/1br apartment. Modern, clean, great amenities in kitchen, and good views. Staff friendly, helpful and speak English well.

Ideally located quiet place to stay

Citadines is ideally located near bus and Xinghai subway station. It is well equipped, very clean, quiet and with a adequate breakfast enhanced by changing out main options every day.
