A fantastic holiday home with sea views, located 3 km outside Svaneke and 1.8 km from the beach in Listed.



Welcome to this spacious holiday home called Højbo - a large, bright and spacious house in beautiful, rural surroundings. The house has two floors and contains, among other things, a lovely dining room with a wood-burning stove and a large dining area, a "library" for reading and relaxing and a TV room where you can start cosy film evenings. In the large, well-equipped kitchen with, for example, two ovens, it is a pleasure to spend time preparing delicious meals. In the beautiful garden room, you can enjoy the view of nature and the sea through the large windows. There is a bathtub in the bathroom on the ground floor. The house has an air/water heat pump system and solar panels that provide you with energy in a sustainable way.



In front of the house there is a large wooden terrace with lounge furniture and a large garden with fruit trees so that you can enjoy your holiday outdoors to the full. There is also a barbecue at your disposal so that you can round off one or more days of your holiday with a delicious barbecue. Here you live undisturbed and close to beautiful nature.



You are very close to the charming town of Svaneke, which is full of good and cosy restaurants, shops and more. To the north of Svaneke is a lookout tower from which you can see as far as the island of Christiansø in favourable weather conditions. If you drive or cycle along the beautiful coast to the west, you will pass the cosy towns of Haralds Havn and Gudhjem, which, like Svaneke, are among the most beautiful towns on the island. You live a short distance from the popular excursion destinations of Rokkestenen or the round church of Østerlars.
