This summer house offers a wonderful setting for your holiday, featuring 115 m² of living space, four bedrooms accommodating seven adults, and additional room for young children. Perfect for families or friends seeking comfort and space. Located in the charming village of Listed, close to the sea and the picturesque town of Svaneke.



Just 150 meters from the coast and 900 meters to the beach, you can enjoy refreshing swims and long walks. After a sunny day, relax in the sauna with sea views, accommodating 6-7 people. The private garden with multiple terraces offers stunning sea views, ideal for enjoying the sunny island.



The surrounding area features charming streets, local crafts, a cozy harbor, a bakery, and a café with drinks. Experience the unique atmosphere of the village or explore Bornholm's scenic coasts and rock formations. In Listed, you'll find the ceramic studio Lov i Listed, the jewelry shop Bay Frost, and the lifestyle store Madam Stoltz. Svaneke is just 2 km away, easily accessible by bike, car, or a walk along the beautiful coastline.



The summer house has been recently renovated and is modernly furnished with all conveniences, including internet and a dishwasher, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds (one with a cot), a room with a single bed, and a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV (Chromecast and HDMI). On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen with all necessary appliances, cozy seating, and access to a breakfast terrace. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with a fireplace and access to a large terrace, perfect for barbecues and summer evenings. The ground floor also includes a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and a bedroom with a 120 cm double bed and a bunk bed above, suitable for an eighth person or child.
