The house was beautiful. It had everything you need. The pool was beautiful and so warm! No issues with the property at all. The issues we experienced were regarding communication. The property manager was fairly slow to respond to our messages and when the information that was shared about arriving we were told that an additional 300 deposit had to be made available to the owner in cash. This information would’ve been helpful beforehand. The owners were lovely and responded to us immediately if we had any questions. The area itself was nice, but the property was not as rural as previously described. It lay amongst some properties that were in development and the surrounding scenery was not as picturesque as one would have hoped. Overall, an excellent property with lovely owners but relatively poor communication from the property manager.

Unser zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt war wunderbar! Sehr freundlicher Empfang, toller Service (die wichtigsten Utensilien sind vorhanden, wie Föhn, Bad-Handtücher, bereits mit Bettwäsche überzogene Betten, Spülmaschine) - ein rundum toller Urlaub! Eignet sich perfekt für eine größere Familie aufgrund der Schlafzimmer inkl. eigenem Bad und dem separaten Gästeappartement, was für 2 Personen ausgelegt ist und sogar ebenfalls eine Küche mit Ausstattung hat. Für kleinere Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin und ein Klettergerüst. An kühleren Tagen lädt der wundervolle Whirlpool zum Verweilen ein! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, auch aufgrund der nahen Entfernung zum Meer (u.a. Rabac ist in knapp 15 Fahrminuten erreichbar); Pula ist ca. 45 min entfernt. Einzig die Zufahrt könnte für tiefergelegte Autos eine Herausforderung darstellen, aufgrund der geschotterten Abfahrt - war für uns jetzt aber kein Problem ;-).

Alles war superschön

Das Objekt sieht 1zu1 aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist sehr komfortabel und luxuriös! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Perfekt zum relaxen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Zum Meer sind es 12 min Auto Fahrt und in der Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants. Wir würden wieder kommen 3

wunderschöne Villa

Die Villa ist wunderschön, noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Alles ist stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind genau richtig groß und jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind ein absolutes Highlight. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt, einmal die Woche werden Pool und Whirlpool gereinigt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, wir kamen mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern super zurecht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und trotz Sprachbarriere versteht man sich und kann alles wichtige klären. Wir sind sehr begeistert und geben ganz klar 5 Sterne!

Wunderhübsche Villa

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt dort. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Und an Ausstattung war alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Die Außenanlage ebenfalls toll. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe erreichbar. Die nächst größere Stadt ist auch nur ein paar wenige Kilometer entfernt. :)

Tolles Haus zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen

Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Betten sind wirklich sehr bequem (Topper aus viskoelastischem Schaumstoff), das Haus ist sauber und so unglaublich stilvoll und gemütlich und mit liebevollen, hochwertigen Details gestaltet, dass man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss. Wir (3 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder mit 2, 4, 10 und 10 Jahren) haben einen tollen, entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend (wir wurden sehr lieb begrüßt und ins Haus gebracht obwohl wir viel zu früh dran waren und nur schon mal schauen wollten, wo unsere Unterkunft ist.) Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig, denn nachts ist es super still und erholsamem Schlaf steht nichts im Wege. Für uns war der Aufenthalt in solch einer tollen Unterkunft ein absolutes Highlight! Alles ist live genau (oder sogar noch schöner) so wie auf den gezeigten Bildern! Die Ausstattung der Küche war fûr mein Empfinden etwas spärlich, aber ich backe und koche auch im Urlaub gerne, von daher sind meine Ansprüche da vermutlich etwas hoch ;-) Geschirr ist auf jeden Fall so viel da, dass auch noch alle essen können, wenn schon ein paar Teller im Geschirrspüler stehen. Alles ist wirklich sauber, hochwertig und einfach mit Liebe gestaltet. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!!

Sehr schönes Haus. Absolute Empfehlung!

Schon die Vorbereitung und die Informationen waren sehr gut. Die Ankunft hat einwandfrei geklappt. Zur Begrüßung standen regionale Leckereien auf dem Tisch. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Tolle Design-Arbeit. Der Aussenbereich ist atemberaubend schön. Sowohl der Poolbereich, als auch die Chill- Lounge waren super. Den Whirlpool haben wir ebenfalls häufig benutzt und war unser absolutes Highlight. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und die Antwortgeschwindigkeit hoch. Vielen Dank, Kristina, es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Ebenso danke an die beiden lieben Helfer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
