Das Haus hat alles was man braucht.
Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Etwas abgelegen, aber das war von uns bewusst so ausgewählt. Mit dem Auto alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Meer schnell zu erreichen. Der rundherum eingezäunte Garten und Pool diente uns mit unserem Hund zur vollen Entspannung und Ruhe.

Das Haus ist wie abgebildet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Der Außenbereich, sowie der Pool ist leider wenig einladend. Mit wenig Aufwand und Geld könnte man sehr viel verbessern. Vor allem fehlt es an Sonnenschutz für den gesamten Poolbereich. Auch wäre es gut zu wissen, das sich neben und hinter dem Haus Baustellen befinden. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat keine Klimaanlage. Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Preis- Leistung ist für diese Lage und Ausstattung leider zu hoch.

Ideal für einen Entspannungsurlaub. Wer Animation o.ä. benötigt, ist hier fehl am Platz.Kleines Geschäft in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (hat alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt; wir haben dort jeden Morgen frisches Brot geholt). Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom touristischem Rummel.
Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom touristischem Rummel. Dies war von uns jedoch bewusst so gewählt. Von dieser Ferienwohnung sind alle Ziele in Istrien unter 60 min erreichbar. Das Haus ist toll. Trotz 35 Grad Celsius waren die Temperaturen dank der Klimaanlage sehr angenehm. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Zur Ankunft haben wir eine tolle Kiste mit Obst und Gemüse der Region bekommen. Als Abschiedsgeschenk gab es eine Flasche Olivenöl.

Wir waren eine Woche dort und leider bauen sie gerade ein neues Gebäude aber dies störte uns nur einen Tag für 1 Stunde also alles in bester Ordnung ! Wir bekamen frischen Fisch Obst Kartoffeln Salat also alles was das Herz begehrt! Wir wurden mega herzlich empfangen und am vorletzten Tag bekamen wir selbst gemachte Oliven und Olivenöl ! Und wurden auf Getränke eingeladen und verbrachten einen schönen letzten Abend mit den Besitzern ! Also alles in einem ein wunderschöner Urlaub kann ich nur empfehlen !
