The ground floor welcomes you into a spacious living and dining room of 57 m², elegantly furnished and featuring an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, as well as a hi-fi system and DVD player. The living area flows naturally onto a 35 m² terrace with direct views of the swimming pool. Adjacent to the living space, the fully equipped open kitchen provides everything needed for comfortable self-catering. A separate WC completes the ground floor arrangement.

The upper floor accommodates all 3 bedrooms, each fitted with individual air conditioning units. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite shower room with bidet and WC. The second bedroom is similarly appointed with 1 double bed of the same configuration, measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves the remaining 2 bedrooms on this floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms in the villa to 2.
