Adorable princely villa with a Mediterranean flair

 A few steps lead up to the stone veranda of Villa Dante. Royal columns frame the outdoor area, where comfortable garden chairs invite to chill out. Through one of the patio doors, it then goes into the open interior. The charming living room fits into a niche. The massive day beds, the coffee table, the LCD TV and not least the corner fireplace and the cream curtains create a cozy atmosphere. The room opens to the kitchen, which is generously built into the corner and has all the amenities guests could wish for: an oven and a microwave at eye level, a ceramic hob, dishwasher, a coffee maker, a fridge-freezer and a lot Equipment. In the kitchen area is also the massive dining table with a total of ten seats. The entire living area has practical tiled floors, accentuated with fine ornaments. Also eye-catching is the lavish ceiling construction, which runs through the entire house. Harmonious colors and natural fabrics characterize the interior of the entire villa and make it a relaxing oasis. Selected paintings, artifacts, lights and vases show that you are in a fantastic holiday accommodation where everything was thought of.

Wellness, relaxation and a lot of privacy

On about 250 square meters of living space,five bedrooms are available, three with a double bed and one with two single beds. For the holiday wear, there is plenty of storage space in the dressers and cabinets. All sheep rooms are designed with floorboards that make them particularly comfortable. Each bedroom is adjoined by a bathroom with either a walk-in shower or a bathtub. You can also look forward to your private wellness area. After a strenuous fitness session on the punching bag, it's time to relax in the sauna and then in the shower and in the luxury Jacuzzi.

 The exterior of the Villa Dante is a real eye-catcher. The terrace with warm wooden floorboards is spacious and seamlessly merges into the cool pool. After having thoroughly refreshed, you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers and lost in thought the palm tree in front of bright blue sky. The fully equipped, covered summer kitchen with grill oven is predestined for an extensive barbecue, which can be taken at the cozy dining area. The property is framed by a Mediterranean natural stone wall, which again underlines the private character of the villa.
