A first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from a private bathroom with bath and WC as well as air conditioning, with its own exit to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a fully open kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer, along with a separate WC. On the upper floor, a generously sized room of 25 m2 offers 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, a shower and WC, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. 2 additional bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each features a private shower and WC as well as air conditioning.
