Eine tolles kleines Haus in traumhafter und ruhiger Lage.

Das Haus war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben,klein aber fein. Für Ausflüge an alle Orte in Istrien perfekt gelegen. Das beste war die absolute Ruhe, das Haus liegt zusammen mit einen weiteren Haus mitten im nirgendwo.Den angrenzende Themenpark nimmt man kaum war, Abends, war wirklich niemand mehr in der Nähe, so dass man nur noch die Grillen und Vögel hören konnte.Der Vermieter war sehr nett, der private Pool war Anfang Mai noch etwas kühl, aber damit war zurechnen.Morgens draußen zu frühstücken, ohne von irgendetwas gestört zu werden war der Hit.Ein rundum schöner Urlaub, den ich jeden empfehlen kann, der nach den Tagesausflügen nach Rovinj und Co. dann gerne die Ruhe genießen möchte. Das Haus ist für vier Personen ausgelegt, ich selbst würde es aber nur für zwei empfehlen. Da es sonst doch etwas eng wird, wenn das Wetter einmal nicht zu 100% mitspielt.Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Erholung pur

Das moderne, super ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus mit toller Terrasse, privatem Pool und grossem Garten viel Entspannung. Das angrenzende Feriendorf war kaum zu hören. Für Ausflüge waren es ca 30-40min an die Küste. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Sehr gepflegtes, sehr hübsch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr netter Vermieter. Zu zweit war das Haus absolut geeignet. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Es war super! Wir hatten mit der Unterkunft einen Volltreffer. Wir konnten abschalten und die Ruhe genießen! Der Freizeitpark / Spielplatz sind und waren nicht zu hören. Die Strände waren im Westen, Osten und Süden in unter 30 min zu erreichen. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Grill waren super! Innen drin war die Einrichtung sehr liebevoll! Für 2 Personen ist es optimal. Mit Kindern geht es auch zu 4. Würden und werden wieder kommen!

Sehr tolle Unterkunft

Vor Beginn der Reise, waren wir gespannt, da die Ferienwohnung in dem Mittelalterlichen Themenpark liegt, ob man eventuell von einer Lärmkulisse geplagt werden könnte. Die Abende waren, trotz unmittelbarer Nähe an den Park aber sehr ruhig. Man hat keinerlei Geräusche aus dem Park gehört. Das Ferienhaus war klein aber fein. Das Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Pool war super und das Bett bequem. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist oben. Jedoch eigent dieses sich nur für jüngere Kinder, da die Deckenhöhe nicht sonderlich hoch ist (ca. 1,50m). Das war für uns jedoch nicht weiter tragisch da unten ausreichend Platz für uns war.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben als Familie hier in diesem tollen Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub verbracht und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Geschmackvolle und gepflegte Einrichtung, toller Außenbereich, großartige Lage mit Weitblick in die Natur. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Vermittler verlief freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich und freuen uns auf den nächsten Sommer.

Erholung im Nichts

Um es vorweg zu nehmen, dieses Ferienhaus lässt (fast) keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist neu und gepflegt, der Pool ist sauber und der anschließende Garten rundet das ganze ab. Der Blick geht nicht wirklich in Richtung Westen, sondern nach Süd-West. Das Meer ist am Horizont wunderbar zu sehen. Für Menschen, die unter Lichtverschmutzung leiden ist dies ein echter Geheimtip. Man sieht die Milchstraße mit dem bloßem Auge, es ist wirklich stockdunkel. Sowohl die Wohnküche, als auch der Master-Bedroom verfügen über einen Fernseher, das kam in der Beschreibung auch nicht klar durch. Be nächster Gelegenheit werden wir dieses Objekt sicherlich nochmal buchen, da man zentral in Istrien alle Orte schnell erreichen kann.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Sehr schöner Urlaub sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Vermittler und Vermieter sehr nett. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder empfehlen. Sehr toller Park nebenan. Wo man auch was essen kann. Wir hatten sogar freien Eintritt und durften öfter kommen. Wegen corona aber anscheinend nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Sehr ruhige Lage. Zum Lebensmittelgeschäft mussten wir ein kleines Stück fahren was aber nicht schlimm ist.

Ein Geheimtipp für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Modernes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer tollen ruhigen Lage. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt ausgestattet! Die schöne grosse Terrasse mit Pool, Grill, Pergola, Olivenbäume, grosser Garten, schönen Sonnenuntergänge inclusive. Alles sehr gepflegt und neu! Wir haben uns täglich auf das Nachhause kommen gefreut und genossen die Gemütlichkeit des Hauses! Für abendliche Unterhaltung, vor allem für die Kinder, ist die Ritterburg mit vielen Animationen für Groß und Klein sehr zu empfehlen. Unsere Jungs (8 und 10)waren begeistert! Besonders zu erwähnen ist aber die Herzlichkeit und die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer. Vielen Dank dafür und das leckere Olivenöl!) Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 - 20 Min an den Stränden.

😍Super erholsamer Urlaub mit viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 👍

Unser Urlaub in Svetvinčenat war einfach perfekt. Das neu gebaute Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und hat ein großes Grundstück, wo die Kinder und der Hund sich austoben konnten. Wir waren hier komplett unter uns, da das Haus nebenan noch nicht fertig war. Wer viel Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Pool ist auch groß genug zum Entspannen und Schwimmen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit /Restaurant ist ca. 3km entfernt. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich der Park Sanc. Michael, wo wir freien Eintritt hatten. Die Kinder haben dort viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen, Tiere streicheln, reiten etc. Zweimal in der Woche gibt es eine mittelalterliche Show. Außerdem kann man dort etwas essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden sicherlich nochmal herkommen. Vielen Dank an Silvia und die Familie für den wunderschönen Urlaub. 😊
